Nophar Palumbo

Nophar Palumbo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at The Carlyle Group since November 2015, Nophar collaborates with Development Consultants and the Managing Director of Development to support U.S. Real Estate Investment Professionals on Development and Construction projects. Before that, Nophar worked as a Project Manager at Clark Construction Group, LLC from July 2007 to November 2015, overseeing corporate documents, entities, and ethics compliance. Nophar also gained initial experience as an intern at The Haskell Company and as a Research Assistant at Cornell University, where research focused on concrete strength. Nophar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Cornell University, obtained in 2007.
