Ravi Changela

Ravi Changela is a finance and process transformation expert with extensive experience, currently serving as Principal/Director of Finance Enterprise Process & Operations Support at The Carlyle Group since March 2008. Overseeing a team of over 15 personnel, Ravi drives strategic finance initiatives and supports multiple business ERP systems as Chief Product Owner, reporting directly to the Chief Accounting Officer. Previous roles at The Carlyle Group include leading corporate accounting business systems transformations and providing process engineering guidance. Prior experience includes positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and CC Pace, where Ravi focused on Lean Six Sigma methodologies and business process improvement, achieving significant cost savings. Ravi's career began at GE Capital, managing large-scale project implementations and IT project oversight. A graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a BS in Computer & Systems Engineering, Ravi brings a strong foundation in technology and finance to enhance corporate operations.
