Roberto Guerra

Roberto Guerra, CFA, FRM, currently serves as Vice President at The Carlyle Group since August 2022. Prior to this role, Roberto held the position of Executive Director at J.P. Morgan from July 2020 to August 2022, focusing on the valuation of structured products. Roberto's career also includes significant experience in valuations at DW Partners, LP, where responsibilities included managing fixed income asset valuations from September 2015 to July 2020, and several roles at Goldman Sachs, where pricing of various residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), asset-backed securities (ABS), and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) was performed. Additionally, Roberto was a Director at ZAIS Group, LLP, specializing in the valuation of RMBS securities. An earlier position at Bear Stearns included valuation of RMBS and pricing of credit default swaps. Roberto holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University.
