Grant Batchelor

Grant Batchelor has diverse experience in analytics, talent management, and workforce reporting. Grant is currently the Director of Analytics & Talent Management at Carolina Center for ABA & Autism Treatment. Prior to that, they worked at KeyBank as a People Analytics Lead Associate and an Enterprise Competency Consultant. Grant also held positions at Dollar General as a Workforce Reporting Analyst and at the Center for Organizational and Human Resource Effectiveness as a Project Associate. Grant began their career as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Psychology Department at Middle Tennessee State University.

Grant Batchelor earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania in 2012. Grant then went on to attend Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and obtained a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from 2014 to 2016.
