Rodrigo Arcoverde Cerveira

Rodrigo Arcoverde Cerveira is a certified instructor at The Carpentries, teaching fundamental computing skills for data analysis. Additionally, Rodrigo is a PhD graduate student at Karolinska Institutet, focusing on B cell responses following vaccination using bioinformatics approaches. With experience as a research assistant and research affiliate, Rodrigo has skills in R programming, Unix, python, bash, and computing clusters. Rodrigo was also a summer intern at University of São Paulo and had internships at Laboratory of Virology - Federal University of Pará and University Hospital João de Barros Barreto. Rodrigo holds degrees in Applied Bioinformatics to Vaccine research, Medical Bioinformatics, Master in Vaccinology, and a Bachelor in Biomedicine.
