Charles Worsham

Charles brings to The Carroll Companies over 20 years of experience leading multi-disciplined development/redevelopment teams in addition to several years within the civil engineering consulting industry. In his development career, he has delivered over 5M sf of commercial projects in various markets across the United States and Canada. His responsibilities spanned the entire project life cycle from initial market underwriting , financial modeling and site acquisition through entitlements, design, and construction delivery. Charles has extensive experience in a variety of asset classes including retail, hospitality, multi-family and single family residential both in the public and private sectors. Charles joined the Carroll Companies in early 2022 to provide oversight of the company’s mixed-use development program.

He is an active member with ICSC and has served on the ICSC+CenterBuild Conference Planning Committee in previous years.
