Sierra Ballard is an experienced professional in conflict resolution and international relations, currently serving as the Interim Associate Director for the Conflict Resolution Program at The Carter Center, where leadership includes strategic planning and program operations supporting peacebuilding efforts in Sudan. Previous roles include Senior Program Associate and Sudan Program Contractor at The Carter Center, as well as research positions at the Center for Strategic and International Studies and GLOBSEC.
