Kylie Lacerda

Kylie Lacerda, CMP, is an accomplished event professional with extensive experience in event management and community engagement. Currently serving as Event Director at The Castle Group since September 2022, Kylie has previously held key positions at Dedham Country Day School, including Director of Community Engagement and Director of Events, where involvement included enhancing the school’s connections and programming. Before that, Kylie worked as Senior Programs Manager for the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, overseeing initiatives that supported economic development and job creation. Additional roles include Events & Educational Learning Coordinator at Wolf & Company, P.C., Events Manager at Directorship, and Employee Education Consultant at Mercer HR Services. Kylie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Business from Providence College.
