Maj Sumeet Chhibber

Maj Sumeet Chhibber has over 20 years of work experience, beginning with their role as a Major in the Indian Army from 2001 to 2006. Maj Sumeet then transitioned to the corporate sector, starting as a Manager of Human Resources at HCL Infosystems Ltd. from 2006 to 2012. In this role, they focused on employee engagement, training, productivity analysis, attrition management, and manpower planning.

In 2012, Chhibber joined YES BANK as an Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, where they led a team responsible for talent acquisition, talent management, and engagement for the North and East India regions. Maj Sumeet later advanced to Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Executive Vice President positions, overseeing HR functions for various business units within the bank.

In 2021, Chhibber joined Incredible Management Services as the Chief Human Resources Officer, where they established the HR function for the organization and implemented initiatives such as HR budgeting, manpower planning, performance evaluation matrix, and compliance management.

Maj Sumeet then served as the National Head of Administration and Facility Management Services at Blinkit, where they successfully reduced administration costs and implemented budgeting strategies for clear cost optimization.

Currently, Chhibber is the Head of Human Resources Operations at CSB Bank Limited, leading the execution of HR strategies and managing workforce administration, employee relations, and HRMS implementation across all departments and locations. Maj Sumeet also oversees the HR Ops team, implements processes to reduce TAT, and ensures stakeholder satisfaction.

Throughout their career, Chhibber has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive organizational goals within the HR function.

Maj Sumeet Chhibber's education history is as follows:
