Layne Johnson

Layne Johnson is a skilled professional with diverse experience in various roles related to law, policy, and communication. Currently serving as a Student Assistant at the Legal Aid Justice Center since November 2022, Layne also holds the position of Vice President at Amnesty International at UVA, contributing since November 2020. As a Sports Writer for The Cavalier Daily since March 2020, Layne engages with the media landscape while previous internships at Catholic Charities USA and the Congressional Hunger Center focused on food and nutrition policy and hunger issues.
