Mercy Wambugu is currently working as a Talent and Human Capital Officer at Waya and Human Resource Officer at The Creative Brands Group. Prior to their current roles, Mercy gained experience in human resources as an Online freelancer at DontPayFull, Human Resource Assistant at TeamPlus Staffing Solution Pvt Ltd, Human Resources Assistant at Nyandarua County Assembly, and as a Human Resources Intern at County Government of Kirinyaga. Mercy holds a BSC in HRM from Kirinyaga University and is currently pursuing a postgraduate certificate in CHRP from Mount Kenya University.
