Michael Kraft

General Counsel at The CCS Companies

Michael Kraft began their work experience in 1985 as an Associate Attorney at Finnegan Stanzler & Nadeau, where they worked until 1986. Michael then moved to Weiss, Angoff, Coltin, Koski & Wolf, where they worked as an Associate Attorney from 1986 to 1988. In 1988, Kraft established their own law firm, Kraft Law Firm, where they worked as the Owner and provided personalized legal services to their clients. In 1996, they joined The CCS Companies as the General Counsel, where they offered litigation management, compliance, and contracting services. Kraft also took on additional responsibilities as a member of the Steering Committee of the InsideARM Consumer Relations Consortium. Furthermore, they actively participated in drafting and reviewing the CRC response to the Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPR) by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and regularly engaged with the CFPB Rulemaking body. In 1999, Kraft became a member of BNI and remained a member until 2015.

Michael Kraft attended Holderness School from 1974 to 1977. Michael then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with clusters in English and Environmental Science at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating cum laude in 1981. Subsequently, from 1981 to 1984, Michael attended Boston University School of Law, where they earned their Juris Doctor (JD) degree, specializing in Law.
