Sr. Carbon Markets Associate at CCAP

Martin Rabbia is a Sr. Carbon Markets Associate at CCAP, presently conducting research on the policymaking process of carbon pricing policies in Latin America and the Caribbean. Formerly a Climate Analysis and Research Consultant at the Green Climate Fund, Martin gathered and compiled data for the GCF Report to the UNFCCC's COP. With experience as a Policy Officer at the Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sustentable, Martin was involved in various climate and environmental projects, including promoting international agreements and developing indicators for sustainable development. Martin holds a Doctoral Degree in Social Sciences with a focus on climate policy and carbon pricing, along with Masters' degrees in Urban Economics and Climate Change.
