Siena Cicarelli currently serves as a Fellow and Nexus25 Project Lead at The Center for Climate and Security, with additional involvement as a member of the Younger Generation Leaders Network on Euro-Atlantic Security. Previous experience includes a role in the Europe Practice at Eurasia Group, where analysis focused on EU climate, trade, and migration policy. Siena's background also includes policy analysis at the Pentagon, where responsibilities involved advising on international humanitarian policies and managing the Women, Peace, and Security Program. Earlier positions include research roles at the Center for American Progress and the National Democratic Institute, along with an internship at the U.S. Department of State. Siena holds a Master’s degree in Political Science (Conflict Studies) from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from American University.
