Justin Botter

Justin Botter currently serves as Vice President of Long Term Care at The Center for Health Care Services, overseeing IDD services in Bexar County and supervising various program staff. Previous roles include Executive Director at Mosaic and Regional Director of IDD Provider Services at Bluebonnet Trails Community Services. Justin's early career includes experience as a Special Education Teacher at Northside ISD and a Store Manager at ALCO Stores, Inc. Justin served in the United States Air Force, achieving the rank of Senior Airman and receiving multiple awards, including the Air Force Achievement Medal. Justin holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education and Teaching from Walden University and a BSOE in Management from Wayland Baptist University.
