Melissa Tijerina

Melissa Tijerina has extensive experience in the field of child behavioral health and social services. Since 2012, Melissa Tijerina has served as Vice President of Child Behavioral Health at The Center for Health Care Services. Prior to this role, Melissa Tijerina worked at the Department of Family and Protective Services as a Service Program Administrator for Child Protective Services from June 1995 to August 2012, and at The Salvation Army as the Program Director for the Adolescent Treatment Program from July 1990 to June 1995. Educationally, Melissa Tijerina earned a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) with a focus on Administration and Supervision from Texas State University and holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Communications from Oklahoma State University.
