Robert MacLean

Robert MacLean (Ciccia) is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in health policy and law. Currently serving as General Counsel at The Center for Health Information and Analysis since October 2021, Robert also contributes as a member of the Board of Health in the City of Somerville since May 2017. Previously, Robert held various roles at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services from September 2016 to October 2021, including Deputy General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer. Additional experience includes a position as a Legal and Health Policy Analyst at the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office from May 2014 to August 2016, as well as a Legal Analyst role at State Street in 2013. Robert holds a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law and a Master of Public Health from Tufts University School of Medicine, along with additional legal education from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from Syracuse University.
