Parichat Hanyanant

Parichat Hanyanant has extensive experience in various HR and digital roles. Parichat is currently working as the Head of Digital HR at Central Group since February 2020. Prior to this, they were a Senior Manager in HR Transformation and Performance & Rewards at AIA Thailand from January 2019 to January 2020.

Parichat also held significant positions at Siam City Cement, where they served as a Group Lead in Human to Resource (H2R) from June 2015 to January 2019. During this time, they also worked as a Programme Manager for the INSEE SMART Expansion project in Sri Lanka from December 2016 to October 2017.

Earlier in their career, Parichat worked as a System Developer Specialist at Accenture from July 2010 to May 2015 and as an SAP Consultant in Global Support at Siemens from September 2009 to July 2010.

Before that, they worked as an SAP HR Payroll Analyst in Global Support at ExxonMobil from June 2004 to August 2009.

Parichat Hanyanant completed a Master's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing, at Thammasat University from 2008 to 2010. Before that, from 2000 to 2004, Parichat earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, specializing in Software Engineering, from King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi. As an exchange student through AFS (American Field Service), Parichat attended Vimpeli Lukio in Finland for the duration of the 1999-2000 academic year, completing high school studies.
