Sirina P.

Sirina P. currently serves as the Head of Learning Design & Experience at Central Group since August 2020. Prior to this role, Sirina was the Assistant Vice President at Siam Commercial Bank from May 2017 to August 2020, where responsibilities included designing Agile Capability Development initiatives for the bank. Before Siam Commercial Bank, Sirina worked as a Consultant in Leadership and Talent Development at SEAC (formerly APMGroup) from July 2010 to April 2017, developing leadership courses and interventions for various sectors including private and public organizations. Sirina's career began at Eli Lilly Asia Inc. as a Senior Brand Manager from May 2007 to June 2009, focusing on marketing and training in the pharmaceutical industry. Sirina holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource and Organization Development from the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) and an MBA from Chulalongkorn University.
