Nicole Ross has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations. In 2015, they started working as a Staff Assistant at Cedars-Sinai's Center for Healthcare Ethics. Later that year, they joined the Open Philanthropy Project as a Research Analyst. Nicole worked in this role until November 2018. In December 2018, they transitioned to the Centre for Effective Altruism, initially as a Community Health Analyst and later as the Head of Community Health and Special Projects, a position they currently hold as of October 2021.
Nicole Ross completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy at Pomona College from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they intended to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Disability Studies as an independent major at Vassar College, where they studied from 2009 to 2011.
