Kings Floyd is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in research, policy, and advocacy related to civil rights and accessibility, particularly for individuals with disabilities. Currently serving as a Research and Policy Associate at The Century Foundation, Kings previously held roles including Special Assistant at the U.S. Department of Transportation's Office of Civil Rights, and Researcher for the Office of Presidential Personnel at The White House. Kings has a notable history of leadership within the disability community, exemplified by co-chairing DC Metro ADAPT and organizing significant advocacy actions. With a strong background in communications and a dual degree in English Language and Literature and Education from High Point University, Kings is committed to promoting equity and inclusion in various sectors.
