Michael Gillett

Michael Gillett is an experienced leader and executive specializing in leadership and transitional coaching. As the Chief Executive Officer of Round Table Dynamics LLC since January 2020, Michael has been instrumental in chairing peer groups to foster leadership development. In addition, since August 2024, Michael has served as Advisory Board Chair at The CEO University, facilitating collaborative growth among CEOs. Previously, Michael held the position of Director of Operations at Rubicon Programs from October 2021 to July 2024, focusing on breaking the cycle of poverty through various support services for marginalized individuals.
