Brad Clapp

In his role as Vice President of Rental Operations for Champion, Brad oversees the daily operations at multiple apartment communities in their portfolio.

He sets monthly goals for his teams, and then leads their efforts to meet leasing and occupancy metrics, balance budgets, reduce delinquency, and ensure overall resident satisfaction and retention.

He also acts as a Training Ambassador for Champion, providing one-on-one attention to both new team members and tenured team members looking to improve their everyday skills and performance.

Brad received his degree in Hospitality Management before joining Champion in 2015. He is currently a member of the Columbus Apartment Association Membership Committee.
