Brian Hoar

As Chief Investment Officer for The Champion Companies, Brian Hoar directs the firm’s investment activity and oversees all multifamily acquisitions, dispositions, and refinances. He plays an integral role in constructing these deals, negotiating contracts, and managing Champion’s capital relationships. In his career, he has helped Champion close more than $1 billion in multifamily transactions.

As a licensed real estate agent in the state of Ohio, Brian is also an active member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, Ohio Board of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio.

Brian received a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
