Brittni Wilkerson

In her role as Training and Compliance Manager for Champion, Brittni oversees the onboarding and training process for all new hires in a property management role, as well as professional development for tenured team members looking to advance in their careers.

In addition to regular training, Brittni administers our online learning program Champion University, ensuring compliance of assigned courses and scheduling as-needed professional development.

She, along with Champion’s Maintenance Training Manager, leads quarterly meetings for new team members to discuss topics related to company culture, and ways to succeed in one’s role.

Brittni received a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida.
