Tom Bently

As the Chief Asset Management Officer for Champion Asset Advisors, Tom Bently oversees the relationship management of Champion’s capital market partners. This includes administering the structuring of debt for Champion acquisitions and refinances by supporting with analysis, underwriting, market research, due diligence and documentation review.

Tom also administers all existing debt compliance and ensures the information integrity of Champion asset dispositions. In his role with Champion, Tom has helped to coordinate over $2 billion of financing across a variety of platforms including Freddie MAC, Fannie MAE, Life Company, Commercial Banking and CMBS.

With a 15-year history in commercial and investment real estate finance, Tom joined The Champion Companies in 2012. Tom is an alumnus of Hillsdale College, graduating with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in English.
