Adam Nguyen

Adam Nguyen is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience across multiple companies, currently working at The Change Companies since January 2024. Previously, Adam played a significant role in the Payroll + Tax Unit at Justworks and modernized live chat application state management at Gladly, where new API routes were created in a Go backend. At Chartbeat, Adam led the Image Testing project that enhanced a popular A/B testing service, generating substantial revenue, and contributed to various engineering practices, including mentoring junior engineers and standardizing CI/CD processes. Adam has also volunteered at U.S. Digital Response to develop COVID-19 solutions and has held front-end development and engineering roles in various organizations, showcasing a diverse technical skill set and a commitment to impactful projects. Adam holds a BA in Archaeology from the University of Virginia and is continuing education through Harvard Extension School.
