Debby Westcott

Debby Westcott currently serves as a Supervisor at the Los Angeles County Probation Department since April 2016. Westcott has been an active member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) since October 2008 and operates a consultancy, WESTCOTT - Consultation and Training Services, focusing on best practices for evidence-based implementation and offering interactive training services since September 2009. Additionally, Westcott is a Certified Facilitator for multiple programs, including "The Courage to Change Interactive Journaling System," NCTI's Real Colors® Personality Instrument, and Crossroads® Juvenile & Adult Offender Curricula, providing training and support within various settings. Westcott is also a Certified Addictions Preventionist and a member of the National Association of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapists, the Association of Reentry Professionals, and the American Psychological Association. Educational background includes degrees from Greenville University and training from multiple institutions in motivational interviewing and related fields.
