Carlos Salas

Carlos P. Salas is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Since August 2018, Carlos has served as President and a member of the Board of Directors at The Change Company. In addition, Carlos has been the CEO and Chairman of Change Home Mortgage since October 2019. Prior to this, Carlos held the position of CEO/Senior Advisor at Axos® Clearing, where a key achievement included transitioning COR Clearing LLC to new ownership, having also served as Chief Executive Officer of COR Clearing LLC from June 2012 to March 2019. Carlos has held board positions with companies such as Williams Controls, Inc., Tengasco, Inc., Boston Restaurant Associates, Inc., ACT Conferencing, and Dolphin Advisors, LLC, and holds a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a BA in Philosophy from NYU Gallatin.
