Most notably, Satoshi served as President & Representative Director at Stryker Japan K.K., where management encompassed 7 Business Units and a workforce of 1,200 employees. Prior roles include Vice President & General Manager for Orthopaedics & MedSurg at Stryker, as well as various leadership positions at Abbott Japan Group, GE Healthcare, and GE. Satoshi's early career involved strategic contributions at SANYO Electric. Satoshi holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Aoyama Gakuin University and participated in the Human Resources Leadership Program at GE.
