Laura Stearns

Laura Stearns is the Vice President of Talent Development at The Chartis Group. She is responsible for designing and implementing professional development and workforce management approaches and overseeing staffing for the consulting enterprise. She has 14 years of experience in strategy, operations and change management in professional services environments.

As a consultant at The Chartis Group, Ms. Stearns advised academic medical centers, children’s hospitals and health systems on strategic and organizational issues, including network development, clinical partnerships, population health management and funds flow arrangements. Prior to joining The Chartis Group, she served clients in the transportation and logistics industries on strategic planning and operational improvement initiatives.

Ms. Stearns received an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where she was named an Edward Tuck Scholar. She holds an AB in Economics and Government from Dartmouth College, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude.
