Sean McMillen

Sean McMillen is the Chief Financial Officer at Chartis. He brings 23 years of experience leading finance organizations in professional services, technology, and large medical groups.

Prior to joining the firm, Sean was the Chief Financial Officer at Midwest Vision Partners, the fastest-growing eyecare platform in the country. Here he held overall responsibility for the finance and corporate development function and led the creation of centralized accounting and finance functions to enable rapid growth. Prior to joining Midwest Vision Partners, Sean led finance and strategy for DuPage Medical Group (Duly), the largest independent, multispecialty physician-directed medical group in the Midwest. Before that, he worked for nearly 14 years at Infor and spent time with Verizon and boutique professional services firms in his early career.

Sean earned his BS degree in Accounting and BBA degree in Finance from Benedictine University.
