Colleen Altice

Director, Catering & Event Services at The Chateaux Deer Valley

Colleen has enjoyed a seasoned career in catering and events for the past 12 years in Park City. Colleen pursued a Political Science degree from the University of Utah, but after meeting her husband, he convinced her to move to Colorado, where they both started their hospitality careers at Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Getting her first taste of hospitality as a sales and marketing coordinator, she determined she had a passion for catering and events and creating memorable experiences for guests. After getting married at Park City Mountain Resort and relocating back to Utah, she has worked in catering and events for The Canyons, Park City Mountain Resort, St. Regis Deer Valley, and most recently, Waldorf Astoria Park City. Colleen achieved her level one Sommelier certification recently and enjoys seeking out new learning opportunities in the food and beverage arena. Colleen’s spare time is occupied mostly by her 7-year-old twins, but when time allows, she enjoys playing the piano, traveling, drinking good wine, and skiing with her family.
