Jana Ropski

Jana joined The Chatham Group in February 2016. As Operations Manager, she helps maintain the company’s infrastructure, personnel systems, and takes on the task of finances. Jana officially passed her SHRM exam and is now their very own SHRM-CP Operations Manager. This adds being their personnel support system to her repertoire. She is passionate about her job and working hard to provide the best to their Employees, Clients, and Candidates. Jana views every day as a new opportunity to impact people’s lives and does her best to be a light to brighten their day. Jana enjoys off-roading and duck wrangling when she’s not slaying The Tail of The Dragon.
