Dina Barmasse-Gray

Dina Barmasse-Gray has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Dina began their career in 1988 as the Missile Defense Division Human Resources Manager at The Boeing Company/Rocketdyne. In 2002, they joined Pratt Whitney Rocketdyne as the Human Resources Division Director, a position they held until 2006. Following this, they served as the Vice President Corporate Human Resources at Thompson Multi Media/Technicolor for a year. Finally, in 2007, Dina Barmasse-Gray became the Chief People Officer at The Cheesecake Factory.

Dina Barmasse-Gray holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, which they earned between 2001 and 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Psychology from California State University, Northridge from 1983 to 1988. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications such as the Gallup Executive Strengths Coaching Program and Certification from Gallup and the Mental Health First Aid certification from the National Council for Behavioral Health.
