Susan Lay

Susan Lay has over 25 years of experience in the workforce, currently serving as a Senior Relocation Specialist at The Cheesecake Factory since November 2005. Prior to this role, Susan worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Countrywide from September 2004 to November 2005, and as a New Business Supervisor at 21st Century Insurance from May 2000 to July 2004. Earlier in Susan's career, a position as a Team Leader at Prudential was held from July 1994 to March 2000. Susan holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from California State University, Northridge.
