Andrew Milligan

Andrew Milligan, MS, CPA, is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in financial and technical accounting. Currently serving as the Manager-Technical Accounting Lead at The Chemours Company since May 2007, Andrew consults on special transactions such as mergers and acquisitions while ensuring compliance with SEC and FASB guidelines. Prior experience includes a role as Sr Finance Consultant at DuPont, where Andrew focused on providing financial information for strategic decision-making. Additional roles include leadership positions at The Siegfried Group & Fusura, LLC, Mothers Work, Inc., and KPMG, where Andrew gained extensive experience in audit and financial reporting for multinational companies. Andrew holds both MS and BS degrees in Accounting from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware.
