Dawn Hughes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in environmental, health, and safety management within the chemicals industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Environmental, Health and Safety at The Chemours Company since July 2015, Dawn has held several key leadership roles, including Plant Manager and Global Integrated Operations Director. Prior experience at DuPont, spanning from September 1988 to June 2015, includes multiple plant management positions and end-to-end supply chain leadership for the Chemical Solutions enterprise. Dawn's background encompasses various operational roles and responsibilities, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and reliability in high hazard chemical operations. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Ohio University.
