Mary Ann began their career at DuPont in 1999, where they held various roles including Unit Operations Manager and Operations Consultant. In these positions, they oversaw manufacturing areas, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity objectives were met. Mary Ann also had site leadership responsibilities.

In 2013, Mary Ann joined The Chemours Company, where they served as a Fluoroproducts Continuous Improvement Leader. Mary Ann led projects focused on improving reliability, supply chain, and top-line growth across the fluoroproducts assets. Mary Ann managed a team of professionals specializing in continuous improvement methodologies.

Over the years, Mary Ann progressed within The Chemours Company, taking on roles such as Fluorochemicals Commercial Operations Director and Thermal & Specialized Solutions Senior Director Integrated Operations.
