Ritika Jain

Ritika Jain is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, investment, and impact initiatives. Currently serving as a Member and Co-Impact Chair for YPO Next Generation, Ritika leads global impact efforts for over 5,000 members and founded YNG IMPACT South Asia to implement transformative programs for youth in India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. As an Investor at The Chennai Angels and previously as Vice President of Business Development and CSR at Global Healthcare Resource, Ritika has demonstrated a commitment to fostering growth and social responsibility. Additional roles include financial positions in aerospace and venture capital, managing significant investment funds at Boston University, and a focus on technology integration in healthcare at BrainCo. Ritika's educational background includes an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and dual bachelor's degrees in Economics and Business Administration from Boston University.
