Marco DeMeireles joined TCG in 2019. Previously, Marco built and ran a venture capital and growth equity investment business at BAM, a multi-billion-dollar investment firm, where he led a team responsible for proprietary sourcing, investment idea generation, transaction leadership, and portfolio company board oversight. Marco's focus spans data-driven consumer products and services (Bright Machines, Latch, Peloton, Tencent Music), "prosumer" software tools (Cuebiq, Orbital Insight), customer-facing financial technology (Acorns, Harness Wealth), and consumer marketplaces (Coinbase, Kindbody, Zola). He is on the board of directors of Dadi, ShopShops, and Better Place Forests. Prior to joining BAM, Marco was with Technology Crossover Ventures, focused on growth stage investments, and Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division in Menlo Park.
Marco attended Williams College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He is currently a Kauffman Fellow, and lives with his Joanne in New York.
