Liz Geist

Liz Geist is the Vice President of Human Resources at the Chicago Bears. Liz has over fifteen years of experience in human resources, and has been with the Bears since 2014. Prior to their current position, Liz was the Human Resources Manager at JCFS Chicago, where they oversaw recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Before JCFS, Liz was an HR Generalist and Supervisor at The SYGMA Network, a food distribution company affiliated with SYSCO Foods. At SYGMA, Liz was responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from entry-level to management positions. Liz also managed staff performance, administered company benefits, and mediated employee disputes. Liz is a highly skilled human resources professional with a proven track record of success in their field.

Liz Geist has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Human Resources from Capital University.
