Katherine Leonard

Katherine Leonard, LMSW, currently serves as a Bridge to Hope Social Worker at The Child Center of NY, where therapy is provided for adolescents facing mental health challenges. Previously, Katherine worked as a Therapist and Child-Parent Psychotherapy Intern at the Association to Benefit Children and gained experience as a Social Work Intern at Federal Defenders of New York Inc. Other internships include Communications Intern at The Interfaith Center of New York and Youth Action Fellow at Together We Remember, where engagement with human rights professionals was facilitated. Katherine's earlier roles also include positions at Kristin Dahl Ladies Boutique, Odyssey Impact, Lesedi la Batho, and the Bergen County Board of Freeholders. Katherine holds a Master of Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Humanitarian Studies and Italian Studies from Fordham University.
