Susan Loch

Susan Loch has a comprehensive work experience in various industries. Susan started as the President of the State Bank of Clarks Grove in 1997, where they successfully owned and operated the financial institution. Susan provided leadership in all areas of operations and was the primary point of contact with regulators. In 2014, they joined the Produce State Bank as a Vice President, overseeing the acquisition of the State Bank of Clarks Grove and assisting customers with their financial needs. Susan then worked as a Vice President and Relationship Manager at the American Bank of St. Paul, focusing on business development and assisting customers with loans. In 2015, they served as the Vice President and Relationship Manager at Deerwood Bank, ensuring excellent customer service and assisting with the acquisition of American Bank. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as the Finance & Insurance Manager at Motor Inn Company. In 2017, they became a Real Estate Agent at Ron Holtan Realty. Finally, since 2016, they have been working at Mayo Clinic Health System, first as an Executive Director responsible for day-to-day operations of The Children's Center, and currently as the Foundation Director. Their roles at the Mayo Clinic include HR responsibilities and maintaining the non-profit's financial soundness.

Susan Loch completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies, from Concordia University-St. Paul between 2014 and 2015. Prior to that, they attended the University of Minnesota Duluth from 1982 to 1986, where they pursued a degree in Business, also with a focus on General Studies.
