Ruth Basnayake

Ruth Basnayake is an accomplished PMO Director with IDX™ since January 2017, overseeing the PMO function for US operations and ensuring the successful delivery of projects worth over £2 million annually. Ruth has experience in leading digital project success and integrating new project management systems in the New York office. Previously, Ruth held senior roles in project management at Webstars Ltd and Brompton Bicycle, where responsibilities included team leadership, budgeting, and strategic marketing operations. Alongside professional endeavors, Ruth serves as a Company Director and Trustee for The Children’s Garden, contributing to the organization's strategy and performance oversight. Ruth holds a BA (Hons) in Philosophy from the University of Leeds and a diploma from Hereford College of Art.
