Alvin Farrel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in bioinformatics and computational biology, currently serving as the Associate Director of the Center for Childhood Cancer Research Computational Biology Core at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia since February 2018. With a strong background as a Supervisory Bioinformatics Scientist and Bioinformatics Scientist II, Alvin has led teams in cancer bioinformatics and contributed to research on pediatric solid tumors using multi-omics approaches.
