Ben Stear

Ben Stear is a Bioinformatics Scientist II at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where experience includes developing a Variational Autoencoder for dimensionality reduction of large single-cell RNA sequencing datasets. Prior roles include Bioinformatics Scientist I and Bioinformatics Intern at the same institution, with a focus on unsupervised machine learning models.
