Douglas G. Hock

Douglas Hock is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Douglas has held this position since January 2016.

Previously, Hock served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Children's Health / Children's Medical Center Dallas from February 2006 to January 2016. Prior to their work at Children's Health / Children's Medical Center Dallas, Hock served as Senior Vice President at Texas Children's Hospital from January 1987 to January 2006. Douglas began their career in 1982 as a Supervising Senior Accountant at KPMG Peat Marwick. In 1986, they left KPMG to join Cooper Industries Ltd. as a Senior Staff Auditor.

Douglas G. Hock has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lehigh University College of Business and an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business. Douglas also has certification from the Texas State Board of Public Accouniting as a Certified Public Accountant.
