Hailey Dorsainvil is a dedicated and experienced clinical research intern at Boston Children's Hospital since January 2024, focusing on the Spinal Surgery Division and Biobehavioral Pediatric Pain Lab. Currently serving as a Research Assistant at Brown University School of Public Health, Hailey assists with the pre-RCT phase of an NIH-funded study aimed at addressing adolescent substance use and pain during oral surgery. Additionally, Hailey is the Co-President of RISE @Brown, promoting global and mental health advocacy for adolescents in Nairobi, Kenya. Previous internships include a Clinical Research Intern at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, where blood samples were processed and physical examinations conducted, as well as experience in outreach and social isolation projects for the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs. In earlier roles, Hailey contributed to data analysis regarding diabetes management and participated in advocacy programs with organizations such as ACLU and Close Up Foundation. Hailey is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Public Health at Brown University, with an anticipated graduation in 2025.
