David George

David George is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in grant management and corporate assurance. Currently serving as the National Grants Manager at The Children's Society since September 2017, David coordinates and monitors grants from major national donors. Previously, David held the position of Corporate Assurance Specialist at Transport for London since April 2000, overseeing corporate balance sheets and cash flows. Prior experience includes serving as Finance Manager at Docklands Light Railway, managing the entire finance function, and as Senior Management Accountant at London Docklands Development Corporation. David's educational foundation was established at High View High School from 1970 to 1975.
